Fun Fold Cards

Hello Stamper Friends,

Well, it's been a crazy day remember yesterday I told you I broke down and went to the after hour care and she gave me steroids??  Well, I forgot what steroids do to you!!  I have been going since 6:00 this morning and not even tired!  I started Heather's spring cleaning and then I came home at 6:00 and have been in my office ever since crafting like a crazy fool!!

It is the end of the month and it's a good thing because I need to finish my classes for May.

I am having a Fun Fold class on Tuesday May 10th from 2:00-8:00.  If you like different type of folds for your cards then you are going to LOVE this class.  Tonight I have a couple of them to show you and I will have the rest tomorrow night.

Included in this class is going to be the 6 x 6 New In Color Designer series paper and the In Color matte decorative dots.  Class fee will be $28.00 and you will make 5 different fun fold cards and have tons of paper left over to make many more!

Today I had my monthly card class, had some wonderful ladies come out and stamp.

While they were stamping I was stamping too!  I made this cute Post it Note Holder for an event I have coming up.

Cut (1) Pc 3-3/4" x 11 Score the 3-3/4" x 11" card on the 11" side @ 4", 8", 9", 10"

Cut (1) Pc 4-3/4" x 7-1/4"   Score on the Short Side @ 1/2" then turn and score the other side at 1/2".  Turn to the long side and score @ 4" and 4-1/2"

Cut (1) Pc  2-1/2" x 2-1/2" Score at every half inch 1/2",1",1-1/2", 2"

Kleenex Holder from Facebook Live

Hello Stamper Friends,

Tonight on my Facebook Live I showed how to make this little Kleenex box, I figured since I've been blowing my nose all weekend I might as well show this project!!

I used some new designer series paper that is in the new annual catalog!!

More Make-N-Takes

Hello Stamper Friends,

Well, it's 9:58 Saturday night and it's the last night of the weekend retreat.  We have had such a good time, I have not laughed like this in a very long time!!!

There was 13 of us this weekend and I think everyone is having a great time.

Here are a few more Make-N-Takes they made this weekend:

They made this card box and 6 cards using their paper.

Now I have to get going on the projects for my 12 hour retreat on May 7th I still have a few spots left if you would like to join us.  Please let me know by Sunday April 24.  The Retreat is at the Caledonia Township Hall in Owosso, Michigan.

Weekend Retreat Day Number 2

Hello Stamper Friends,

I just looked at the clock and seen that it was already 12:36!!!  I've been working on getting cardstock cut and ready for my card class on Monday and lost all track of time.

This is what I had at the tables for the girls:

The tall box was full of candy, the gold box had their bolt of soft succulent ribbon in it. The envelope had some black matte dots and the long box was a pen box.

This is the pen holder that was on their desk:

This was one of their Make-N-Takes, it was a birthday card with a gift card holder inside.

 

Then they made this candy bar holder:

This little bag had anti-bacterial hand gel and chap stick in it.

Let the Weekend Retreat Begin!

Hello Stamper Friends,

Well, it's Thursday night and the first night of the weekend retreat.  There are 7 of us here tonight and the other 6 will be here tomorrow.  I've never had a full house before but looking forward to having everybody here.

I had everybody bring a white elephant item and we are going to play fast Bingo tomorrow.

I have 7 make-n-takes for them to make and once everybody gets here tomorrow I will share all of them plus what I had on their tables when they got here. 

Don't forget to let me know if you want to come to my 12 Hour Retreat on May 7th.  The deadline is fast approaching, please let me know by Tuesday April 26 so I have time to get everything on order and here by the 7th.

Cost of the retreat is $60.00 and includes your own 6ft table, snacks and drinks all day, lunch and dinner, a $25.00 Stampin Up goody bag, free make-n-takes, pillow gifts the use of all my stamps, ink, punches dies and more.
